Over the past fifteen years Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton helped the Democrat party to become a far left political force (a party that views progressive Senator Diane Feinstein as being too moderate) and one that promotes and legislates the most secular and anti-Christian of Liberal ideologies.
Looking back over the past decade one can safely state that (former, two-term) President Obama successfully kept his campaign promise to "fundamentally transform" the nation. What you read below is only the first fruits of a future LGBTQ harvest. One can only imagine how much more "progressive" our schools and courts would be had Hillary Clinton defeated Donald Trump (as everyone predicted). Despite these real-life "advances" the Gospel Coalition continues to scold and shame those who voted against Clinton and for the Republican nominee back in 2016. Remarkably, they have not taken the same stance against professing Christians who voted for Obama/Clinton (or Sanders) against Trump/Romney/McCain. TGC's selective demonizing problem is clearly ideological. It is becoming increasingly clear which direction politically/ideologically the major players in TGC lean (i.e. Tim Keller/Thabiti Anyabwile), but now I digress.
Gagnon writes, "Librarians at Simmons College, supposedly an all-female college (thereby participating unwittingly in a binary view of sexuality), tells its students (what to think): "Transmisia [hatred of 'transgenders'] and cissexism [a rejection of homosexual practice] are rooted in a desire to maintain the gender binary (i.e. the categories of 'male' and 'female'), a social construction which seeks to assign gender based on a person's declared sex at birth."
Yes: Society's problem is that it "assigns" and "declares" a person to be a gender/sex consistent with the person's chromosomes, hormones, anatomy, and physiology. Pretty soon we will stop characterizing race, age, height, and weight on the basis of biologically based characteristics. Can "transmisia" be applied to "hatred" of "transracial" persons. If so, Simmons for the moment at least is guilty of the same. Not only that: They are also guilty of binimisia, hatred of a gender binary or persons who affirm a gender binary.
From another blog post Laurie Higgins notes: 'What is being done to children is a ghastly science experiment that will be looked back on the way lobotomies and "recovered memory syndrome" are looked back on. We're chemically sterilizing minors and performing double mastectomies on healthy 15-year-old girls in the service of disordered thoughts and feelings that are being interpreted through a distorted lens manufactured by confused adults. Just slap a patina of "compassion" and "inclusivity" on child abuse and call it a day.'"

The big story from the sports world that divided the nation was the recent success of a (transgender) young man who won the girls state wrestling tournament (for a second time). Democrats and Liberal celebrities and sports commentators on ESPN applauded this sports victory as another step in the right direction.
Ironically, all the gains from the modern day Feminist movement will quickly go up in smoke IF a large percentage of young men begin to qualify for female athletic scholarships.
A third story broke of a how a transgender couple was able to use advances in science to allow a man (turned transgender female) to breastfeed their newborn child. And the beat goes on.
The logical progression of the LGBTQ movement is not difficult to see. In this post-Christian, post-SCOTUS country we have not seen anything yet. It's one of the reasons why Christians need to spend more time in Romans 1:16-32, John 14-16, 1 Peter 4, and Revelation 19-22.
